The Best Cheeses for Italian Lasagna!

We don't like cheeses that don't melt well together such as grated parmesean.  Currently I use mozzerella as the primary cheese, what other cheese melt well and are good for making Italian lasagna?

Fresh Spinach Lasagna Recipe- Should the Spinach be Cooked?

There are many different recipes for making lasagna with spinach, but I want to make sure that I make the spinach lasagna correct.
Should the spinach be cooked first, or chop it up and add it to my cheese mixture raw?  I just am not sure what is the best way to make the best spinach lasagna.

How Much Longer to Bake a Lasagna from the Refrigerator?

If I am baking a prepared lasagna in the oven straight from the fridge, how much longer than normal do you think I need to bake it?  Does it matter that the lasagna has been stored in the fridge for baking times?

Prince Lasagna Recipe on Prince Lasagna Box?

I am looking for the lasagna recipe that is found on the Prince Lasagna Pasta box.  The only thing I remember is that it is a  meat lasagna that uses cooking wine when you brown the meat.  Can someone please help me with finding the Prince Lasagna recipe?/

A Side Dish to Go With Italian Lasagna?

I'm making dinner and I need a tasty side dish to serve along with salad and lasagna.   We both are trying to watch what we eat and the ground turkey lasagna will have low fat cheese.  My concern is going overboard with carbs by including bread with the pasta.   So I am looking for a good vegetable side that compliments the pasta but is tasty and can work as a side dish for our lasagna.  Do you have any suggestions?

Here's is a list of veggies we don't like or enjoy:

Squash
Peas
Asparagus
Corn (off the cob)
Zucchini

An Easy Lasagna Recipe With No Ricotta or Cottage Cheese

I was able to find a recipe online for lasagna that had no ricotta or cottage cheese but now I cannot find it again.

There were only a few ingredients in the recipe.

  • ground beef
  • spaghetti sauce
  • shredded parmesan cheese
  • mozzarella cheese
  • egg
  • several herbs and spices

If anyone can help me with this Italian lasagna recipe that only has these ingredients please let me know!
